Schedule of Duties - FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Full Facilities Management of complex facilities including planned & unplanned maintenance activities, reporting & presentations to clients & Bodies Corporate.
Site visits as required (daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
Coordination of mandatory and advisory maintenance tasks as approved by the Body Corporate Committee
Management of the Tendering process for remedial works
Management of Trade Contractors
Validation of Trade Contractors invoices & indemnity
Contracts Administration of maintenance contracts
Project Management of repair & maintenance works
Supervision of cleaning, waste disposal, security and gardening (etc) contracts
Key & access hardware management
Attendance to Annual General Meeting, EGM, committee & sub-committee meetings, as scheduled
Preparation & distribution of quarterly or monthly Facility Management update reports
Preparation & distribution of monthly or weekly "snap shot" progress update reports
Preparation of annual budget forecasts for maintenance works
Point of contact for all building management enquiries
Notices to Occupants, Owners & Committees, as required
Record Management
Etc
